Frequently asked questions
What stays free?
Signing in with a passkey, a recovery code, and signing out everywhere. A cleaner link, ticks, undo, turnovers and supplies running low. The cleaner sheet and the handoff pack to print. Exporting everything you own and deleting your account. A free account keeps 1 unit with up to 10 jobs and 1 cleaner link, and 90 days of history on screen.
What does Premium add?
Up to 50 units, 100 jobs and 5 cleaner links on each, the full history with a CSV, a calendar feed per unit and the Monday email. The cleaner's page works the same for everyone.
How do my units get the paid limits?
Buy on this browser, then open your account page and press Link the plan bought on this device. The server checks the purchase and applies the limits on every device you sign in on.
What happens if I stop?
Nothing is deleted. Units and jobs over the free limits stay readable and their cleaner links keep working; you cannot add new ones until you are under the limits.
